Mein Name ist Micha Altvater und wie es der Seitentitel anzeigt, widme ich mich vorwiegend dem Freizeitstress. Natürlich rechne ich damit, dass diesem Webauftritt nur unter meiner Familie und meinen Freunden und Bekannten ein geringes Maß an Interesse entgegen gebracht wird. Dass die ganze Welt mitliest, wäre deutlich zu viel verlangt.
Leider habe ich diesen Blog in den letzten fast vier Jahren vernachlässigt. So erklärt sich die große zeitliche Lücke zwischen den älteren Artikeln und dem Neubeginn im Jahr 2019. Ich hoffe, nun regelmäßiger neue Inhalte zu ergänzen. Vielleicht schaffe ich es jetzt, einen etwa zweiwöchigen Rhythmus einzuhalten.
In der Hauptsache werde ich hier Artikel zum Thema Familienforschung präsentieren. Diese Beschäftigung nimmt den größeren Teil meiner Freizeit in Anspruch. Natürlich handelt es sich vorwiegend um Beiträge zu meinem eigenen Familienzweigen. Ob diesbezügliche Artikel für die geneigte Leserschaft wertvoll sind, müsst ihr selber entscheiden.
Weiter wird es gelegentlich Artikel zum Thema Fotografie geben. Natürlich sind diese um die mir zur Verfügung stehenden Werkzeuge zentriert. Dennoch bemühe ich mich, die Sache so neutral wie möglich zu halten. Und natürlich hoffe ich, euch nicht nur alte Hüte zu liefern.
Das von mir in letzter Zeit vernachlässigte Hobby Astronomie wird meist in Kreis unseres Stammtisches ausgeübt. Falls ich dazu etwas schreiben möchte, ist es bei den Backnanger Sternguckern zu finden.

Who am I?
My name is Micha Altvater and as the page title indicates, I dedicate myself mainly to leisure time stress. Of course I expect that only my family and my friends and acquaintances will be interested in this website. That the whole world reads along, would be clearly too much demanding.
Unfortunately, I’ve neglected this blog for almost four years. This explains the big time gap between the older articles and the new launch in 2019. I hope to add new content more regularly now. Maybe now I will be able to keep a rhythm of about two weeks.
In the main I will present here articles to the topic of family research. This activity takes up most of my spare time. Of course it are predominantly contributions to my own family branches. If these articles are valuable for the readers, is something you have to decide yourself.
There will also be occasional articles on the subject of photography. Of course these are centered around the tools I have at my disposal. Nevertheless I try to keep it as neutral as possible. And of course I hope to not only supply you with old hats.
The hobby of astronomy, which I neglected lately, is mostly practiced in the group of our regulars‘ table. If I would like to write something about it, it can be found at the Backnanger Sterngucker.
